Clean, organized, pricing is all over the place ($59 for a used lamp?). Unfortunately they have gone the way of Savers and are run by corporate folks from the traditional retail sector. Intense pressure is placed on pricers and management to maintain a certain price average and to process thousands of pieces to the floor daily. This makes a pricer, price pieces based on what the average price he/she must hit, and has little if anything to do with the value of the item they're pricing. Savers/Value Village has always been a "for profit" enterprise, so one would expect it from them. But The Goodwill is a non-profit, I suppose they have to raise enough money to pay the multi-million dollar salaries of all their new corporate rock stars and CEO.
