  Very bad customer service for lumber (Jesse)... we went there buy decking we were told to go through the wood and they would bring out more to fill the home. We went through the wood that everyone already picked through, all the wood (about 30) was either split at the ends or curved not straight. Then we were told the manager would not fill the home until those boards were sold there is no picking through the boards he said.. I imagine there is about 300 hundred on a pallet and that would be 10% bad that is not use able.. I shop here all the time this was my very first bad experience for customer service very disappointing! Jesse said the managers name was Brian..? We did drive out the back side of the building where the lumber was stacked it was in the very back buried under pallets of other wood stacked out there. "Lazy people working in lumber" I would of rated it 0' 7/29/2017 just before 9:00 am and I'm calling Corporate to complain

  Maybe 1 of 5 employees have any basic knowledge of anything. Playing the let's find someone who knows game is irritating. Go to ace hardware instead if you want real help. Go to Lowes if you already know exactly what you want and don't require assistance. Seems like they spend more effort being a "equal opportunity" employer than having any sort of screening process for an IQ above 10. Giving all their employees training on the basics of the different departments must have been voted down by the greedy board of directors. On the upside they don't ever hassle you when you return things, and they price match. So.....there it is.
