  Friendly customer service. My husband went into Joann's with a small section of yarn to be matched. He said he had a great experience. Even other customers in the store were helping him. Their store is always well stocked and we'll take competitors coupons. How about that? Any way a little old lady in her 70s looked at my husbands sample and said. "this was discontinued years ago...". Well that did make sense as the sample was from an Afghan bought at a thrift store I had taken apart recycling into a new project...(even be on line we couldn't find a match). So now every thrift store I go into I check the Afghans...maybe I'll get lucky?
