  My older PC had some major issues; I was locked out of almost everything, couldn't ever do a web search to find a reputable computer tech. My daughter referred me to PCNew Horizons whose name she got off the web after reading rave reviews. Ed was amazing, very knowledgeable, patient, and would not quit until he had my system working....faster and better than it was before. He put in some heavy duty time backing up everything on my computer, "cleaning the system" and reinstalling all my stuff. Wish I had known about him years ago. Very reasonable and worth every penny! Strongly recommend PC New Horizons for all your computer needs!

  We took my husband's laptop in as it wouldn't work after a recent Windows 10 update. Ed got it up and running in no time. His prices are very reasonable as well. We will go to him with any future computer issues. We were very happy!
