  Beware - NOT a Sprint owned store! The employees are nice and eager to sell you a new phone. During the entire process, nothing was said and there was no reason to suspect that I was not in an actual Sprint store. They don't even sell phones from other carriers, and Sprint is plastered all over the place. This place is only an "Authorized Retailer" of Sprint products, although you would never know it looking at the building. But there is a very small sign on the door stating the actual business name. I only bring this up, because if you have an issue with your new purchase, or contract, Sprint can not do anything for you. This happened to me and I got screwed. I bought two iPhone 6S Plus phones when Sprint had a deal advertised. The deal was - bring in your phone and contract from a competitor and Sprint would pay off the old phone, give you a new phone with zero down, and cut your monthly bill in half. First, one of the iPhones I got was wrong color (my mistake, I misunderstood my partner). I went back the same day, never even turned the phone on, but they wanted a $35 restocking fee to switch it out. Then, to make a long story short, the monthly bill was nowhere near half and not what the employee quoted me (not to mention $15 a gig over my plan), and they never paid off my contract with AT&T (they paid $0), which I had to pay. So I paid off the Sprint contract, got the unlock codes for both phones and took them to T-mobile which was half the price and unlimited data. I have no problem with Sprint, but I would never go through a non corporate store again. Be careful.

  We have been working with the Mount Vernon Sprint store for months, as for some reason our bill was always too high. Several employees have come and gone during those months, but one gentleman has stayed on and provided continuity -- Derreck Ramirez. He contacted Sprint corporate several times and finally succeeded in getting our bill straightened out. We appreciate his doggedness and great customer service.
