  My husband & I were in the market for a tractor, stopped by just looking. The sales man (?forgot who?) Was so helpful and gave us alot of information to go home with & think about. We went to another tractor sales company to compare brands. A few months later went back to purchase a John Deere tractor. Salesman Brian O. Helped us, spent alot of time answering our questions & showing us various attachments we were interested in. There was no pressure & even let me pick out the tractor I wanted ( they are all the same) He gave us a fair cash price, but I had found the same tractor a bit less $$ at their sister store, and he happily matched the price. We bought a new battery for our rider mower, a trailer for the mower, loaded it all up and went away very happy. We were very satisfied with not only the help and information we received, but the products we purchased. We are actually going back today to purchase/order a chipper trailer, and will be going back yet again in a few months for a tractor attachment for the garden.   How to lose a customer: 1-customer emails quote request for trade in of walk behind and purchase of new Honda mower. Don't respond to them, so that they have to bring in the broken mower instead. 2- "adjust" transmission cable and charge an hour labor, only to have to cable break on the customer the next time they use it. But since that's the next season, refuse to do more than offer $10 off the new labor bill, because 3- the 30 day labor warranty policy is printed nowhere on the invoice given to the customer, only on a sign on the wall in the office 4-when customer agrees to pay yet another $150 and also brings in another piece of equipment for service, call them to say one piece is done, but never follow up about the other piece so that 5- customer finally calls a week after the estimated date given only to be told that both pieces were done, and the note is written that they were called on that date. Even though the voicemail only said the trimmer. 6- have customer suck it up and pay the bill for both, but don't show them products are operational before loading them up so that 7- they get home the next day ready to use it before storms, just to find that the blade cable was ripped out of place when the transmission handle was installed. So 8- customer is now walking through two feet of grass, 19 days later, and still has no mower, after being quoted a week and a half, and 9- driving 25 minutes each direction multiple times to get a simple self propel issue fixed, loading and unloading mower at home alone as a single person into her car. 10- when customer emails all the above, do not respond even nearly 24 hours later
